Alles Tot im Bauernhimmel (All Dead In Peasant/Farmer's Heaven) – by German Accordionist Ralf Weihrauch has many previously unknown folk songs with synthesizers, loops and drums wrapped in a new guise. The album, nominated for the German Record Critics' Award, was awarded by the magazine Folk-World "narratively coherent and artistically cunning". "I have never heard a whole CD with German ballads interpreted so interestingly," wrote the folk magazine.
